Do you offer exchanges and returns?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of you receiving damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your items that arrived damaged to abendinbeauty@gmail.com

If an item may be considered defective, please email abendinbeauty@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. If the product is deemed defective by abendinbeauty.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. All returns should be shipped to: A Bend in Beauty, 625 S Washington St Naperville, IL 60540 United Stated. Refunds are made to the original form of payment on the order. In the case of a delayed, lost or stolen package, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS can try to locate your package. Once you file the claim send the claim information to us and we will wait on the results of the claim before we go forward.

What happens if I refuse the package?

For refused packages the shipping fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.

What if I entered incorrect shipping information?

If you entered the wrong shipping address email us at abendinbeauty@gmail.com ASAP. If your order has already been shipped, please contact USPS to reroute your package in case of any error on shipping information. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping will be a flat rate $4.95 to the U.S. and $14.95 internationally. Once you enter the shipping address during checkout your shipping cost will be determined before you finalize your purchase.
